Shipping policy
Delivery within the Netherlands
We aim to deliver orders within 2–5 working days after the order is confirmed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.
You receive an order confirmation after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has been handed to PostNL. Tracking can take a little time to become active.
Shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Delivery times are estimates. During busy periods or in the event of a carrier delay, delivery can take longer. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you.
Please check your delivery address carefully during checkout. If you notice an error, contact support@offlineera.nl as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can still be changed once an order has been prepared or dispatched.
If tracking shows an unusual delay, or if your parcel arrives damaged, contact support@offlineera.nl with your order number so we can help.
