Refund policy

We hope your Offline Era order feels right for you. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.

To start a return, email returns@offlineera.nl within the 14-day withdrawal period. Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return your order. We will reply with the return instructions.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back to:

For a standard change-of-mind return, the cost and risk of the return shipment are yours. PostNL return costs depend on the parcel size and service selected. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking information until your refund has been completed.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Please handle it carefully and, where reasonably possible, return it complete and in its original packaging. You are responsible only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.

If you return your complete order, we refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery charge is not refunded. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days after you tell us that you are cancelling. We may wait until we have received the returned product or you have provided proof of return, whichever happens first.

Received an incorrect, damaged or faulty product? Email support@offlineera.nl with your order number and photos where relevant. In that situation, Offline Era will arrange an appropriate solution and cover the reasonable return costs.
